Instructional design assistance, content production, and e-learning management

 

 

 

 

The content presented in this Small Private Online Course is based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK Guide Sixth Edition, 2017 of the Project Management Institute (PMI) ® and its principal objectives are:

 

  • Recognize the importance of risk management throughout the life of a project.

  • Differentiate a risk from a problem.

  • Identify the risks of a project.

  • Record properly the risks of a project.

  • Evaluate risks qualitatively.

  • Prepare a response plan for prioritized risks.

  • Carry out the monitoring and control of the risks of a project.

 

This course is aimed at project managers, team members, supervisors, sponsors, public officers, and all those professionals interested in improving the chances of success of their projects.

 

I produced this course's instructional material, readings, template exercises, and evaluations working closely with an instructional designer and risk management SME. I coordinated all content upload, deployment, implementation, and learners' follow up in edX MOOC platform. I trained tutors for the proper use of the platform and technical assistance when needed.

 

In addition, I assisted in the instructional design defining modules, activities, workload, and competencies. 

 

This course was delivered in Spanish and English.
