Content production and e-learning management

 

 

This course provides concepts and tools to apply in project management that can generate a substantial change in the way objectives are being met. This MOOC seeks to strengthen participants' capacities in project management for development so that government projects in the region can be effectively and efficiently executed.

 

I produced this course's instructional videos, readings, case study, practical exercises, and evaluations working closely with an instructional designer and various project management SMEs. I coordinated the content upload, deployment, implementation, and learners' management through edX platform.

 

In addition, I coordinated the translation for this course runs in Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese.
